I loved pretty much everything about this hotel. First, the location literally cannot be beat. This is one of the first hotels built in Fira and, as such, is located on prime real estate. Other hotels are located on a cliff side and require you to walk up and down hills and stairs to reach the property or even your own room. Not so here! This is at the top of the hill so no stairs involved. It is also located very close to the bus stop and many souvenir stands and restaurants. Tours also pick up at or near the hotel. You can do Santorini by staying at this hotel. The breakfast was great with lots of variety. The hotel also gives you 2 free bottles of water EACH DAY which is great because you can't drink the tap water on the island. If that water isn't enough, stop by the hotel's cafe area and buy more which is super cheap and convenient since you don't need to rely on a stand or store to buy water. The pool area and breakfast porch also offer fantastic views of the volcano and sunset. You can watch the sunset right from the hotel, no need to go to Oia (but you can since the bus stop is so close!). Yes, the facilities are older (see above about how the hotel is one of the first) but this adds to the charm of being on Santorini. You really feel like you are in a movie. Highly recommend this hotel!

We spent 12 days in Greece in four hotels and in three cities. Atlantis was BY FAR the best hotel stay we had over the 12 days. The view was SPECTACULAR. Perfect sunset pictures. The location was a PERFECT, just steps from the heart of Fira (the greatest village in all of Santorini). The staff was extraordinarily helpful. I wish I remembered the name of the young man working the front desk. He helped us find good restaurants, beaches and even a place to watch soccer (football). On this trip, the hotel location makes/breaks the stay. Our stop in Mykonos was very unpleasant just because of hotel location. I wish there was an Atlantis in Mykonos!

I recently spent a weekend at the Atlantis Hotel in Santorini, and it was truly unforgettable. The views were absolutely overwhelming—panoramic and breathtaking, the perfect Santorini experience. My room was super clean, with crisp white sheets on a firm and incredibly comfortable bed. The hotel’s location couldn’t have been more perfect, close to everything you want to explore. What truly stood out, though, was the staff. Each member of the team was professional, kind, and just all-around wonderful. As a solo traveler, they made my stay feel extra special, going above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and cared for.

Everything was perfect. We arrived at around 830AM from an early morning flight and we were assisted directly to our room. The team was so pleasant which made us feel like we were family members being welcomed to a beautiful home. Room with balcony and caldera view was awesome! You will have a visual feast all day long most especially during sunset. I personally think Fira view of sunset is better than Oiya. Location is perfect being close to everything in Fira, from restaurants and bars, to souvenir shops, to viewing decks. It’s also just 10 minutes away from the airport. Will definitely recommend Atlantis!

The location was perfect, the view from our room’s balcony was identical to the pictures. The included breakfast was delicious - a lot of options and a beautiful view from the outdoor eating area. All of the staff were so kind and helpful throughout our stay from front desk to cleaning to breakfast, and we enjoyed seeing the familiar faces. The rooms came stocked with every amenity you could think of. The hotel is also very close to the bus station which was perfect for us. We couldn’t be happier that we chose this hotel!
